Jesus faced the cross as a man (John 3:16; 1:1; 1:14).  But He bore a much worse burden-He took on all the sins of all time.  He also faced the betrayal of humanity against God.

The Study of the Murder of the Son of God (Matthew 26:1-27:66):

Today we have a culture of moral relativism (1 Cor. 6:9-11).  Jesus death was in no way properly sanctioned (John 3:16; 1 Pet. 1:18; Mat. 5:17).
