Longsuffering versus kindness - Love is a dynamic that seeks the greatest good of its object (1 Cor. 13:4; Mat. 5:39; 11:30; 7:12).

There are 3 parts of the anatomy needed to express kindness and love:

1. Mind (Neh. 5:17; Rom. 2:4; Mat. 5:14-16; Tit. 3:3-4; Luke 6:35)
2. Tongue (Prov. 31:26; 16:24; 12:18)
3. Hands (1 John 3:16-19; Gen. 24:18-20; Mat. 5:40-41)
