• Overflow - can't keep it to ourselves (Mat. 12:34; John 15:1-8; Psalm 23)
• Emphasized the importance of one (Mat. 16:26; 18:12-13; John 10:3, 5; Luke 7:36-45, 44)
• Love for strangers - extreme love (Mat. 5:44, 46)

2.  What ideas did Jesus use to start a spiritual discussion?

• Baptism (Mark 16:16) Must hit a home run, cover all four bases:

1. Right element - water (Eph. 4:5; Mat. 28:20; Acts 8)
2. Right action - burial (Rom. 6:3-4; Acts 8)
3. Right purpose - remission of sins (Acts 2:38; Mark 16:16)
4. Right person - believe Jesus, the Son of God; know they're sinners; willing to repent and confess; understand a lot will be expected of them

• New birth (John 3:5; Eph. 6:17; 5:26; 1 Cor. 12:13; Micah 7:18-19)
• Miracles (John 9:7)
• Tragedy, suffering, stress (Luke 23; Phi. 4:22-23)
